Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders
  • Free shipping promotions are subject to change, and additional conditions may apply.
  • Selling and shipping to United States ONLY

Processing Time

  • Processing time varies depending on your order, however please allow 1-14 business days 
  • Custom products are typically processed in 1-20 business days
  • Custom tumblers are processed in 7-20 business days
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day
  • We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order

Shipping Methods That Apply to Our Free Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on your location and estimate shipping is to a guarantee and we are not responsible for any package that may not arrive at the estimated time or lost once it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-8 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to UNITED STATES ONLY

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at shopcmccustoms@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
